We created the perfect online solution for Greensborough Plaza to stay connected with their shopper community during lockdown restrictions, from the comfort of their own homes.
Discover on the Green is a free, online members engagement hub which hosts loads of fun, customised content such as instructional videos with downloadable instructions, as well as charts, activities, promotional offers and more.
The Brief.
At ACTIV, face to face events and activations are what we do best! In order to give our crew an opportunity to continue to work during COVID restrictions, we came up with the solution to make an online portal for engaging content, the ACTIV Engagement Hub.
Not only did it allow us to diversify the way we continue to help our clients best engage their consumers and communities – it also assist in promoting associated business / products snd services.
So, when Greensborough Plaza came to us looking for ways to keep connected, with their loyal shopper community during COVID lockdown, we had the perfect solution!
The Result.
With customised video content, downloadable ‘how to’ documents and of course, shopping lists produced for Mums, Kids and Over 55’s the ‘Engagement Hub’ proved to be a great way to keep their community engaged whilst assisting retailers with sales.
The “Discover on the Green” website was created, organised, filmed, edited and uploaded ready to go, in less than 10 days! Within the first few hours of this engagement solution going live for the client, we had over 100 people sign up. It is continuing to grow and many of their community love the idea that we are giving them creative things to do while being unable to attend free activities at their local Shopping Centre.
